The Tribe
A tribe or nation is a group of people with common customs. Among the hundreds of so-called native American tribes several groups referred to their own nation as "We the People."
The Constitution refers to the members of a new nation in its preamle: "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America."
The focus in this context is on the people of the United States operating as a tribal nation based on common customs of finance, trade, commerce, law, and accounting. The monetary unit in this culture is called the dollar. The people whose customs sustain the dollar are called the dollar tribe.
